Fine, I'll reiterate. To the best of my knowledge, from following books extensively, I believe A Field Guide to Wildlife was never released. It was meant to be a donation present from what I recall, but after several images were leaked early by someone on the forums- several of those items were never released.
Btw- If anyone would like to prove me wrong, feel free.
