There were so many people they kept out of the movie or severely cut down their parts. Where's the twins? And Solembum? Elva, the baby was left out too :(

It can't possibly be expected that a movie adaptation of a book (in this case, a long book series) be perfectly accurate. They can't make everyone happy. The closest adaptation of book to movie I've encountered is The Princess Bride.

Arya is supposed to have black hair, and to me Eragon is a lot more serious. I also thought that the movie was crap and that it needs to be re-made. It didnt go by the book at all, but the characters were pretty good for the most part. Arya's looks in the movie fit her, but her hair needs to be a heck of a lot darker than they had it.

Agreed, Arya should have had the hair described in the book. And yes, she should have had pointy ears. She's just a human. Who happens to be claiming that she's immortal. PSH!
