I went to Banff and saw the shortest most unrehearsed parade in the world. Got some good excercise from hiking though at Banff.

Happy Belated Canada Day from Hamilton! Was a nice day to sleep in :) Family picnic was cancelled due to the crappy weather, but we still managed to barbecue some steaks, burgers, and ribs, and consume our share of brewskies.

I love to celebrate Canada Day, but that Canada Day was exhausting. When I was sleeping, some mentally brained people was shooting out fireworks... It was too loud in the 12:30! Plus I was soaking warm so I had to open up the windows to cool my body off, but because of the annoying sounds, I couldn't sleep!
