If you want to stay with your current clothes and don't want to change them only beacause people say they aren't feminine try swapping the mask for a lipstick or a lipgloss and you'll see the difference at once ^^'

I could tell that your HA was a girl. But I can see where others are coming from in not being able to tell.

Wouldn't worry about it though. So long as you like your HA that's all that matters.

To me your HA totally looks like a girl. Not all girl HAs have to be girly in my opinion.

But is it that bad being called a guy? I'm a girl and I could care less if i'm mistaken for a guy on the internet.

Your wearing pants....huh.. at first glance I thought it was shorts. Well obviously its a girl's HA, but really on here some girls make boy HAs and boys make girls. So really it shouldbt be offensive or anything :] its obvious your a girl though

Your HA does look rather masculine.

The only feminine part of your HA is the bra which is something most people wouldnt see unless they were actually trying to find something feminine

I agree with the who cares opinion. <- Male HA. I am in fact a girl. I did notice that your HA was female when I first saw it though, if it helps.

Most people on Subeta are gals, so I naturally use the pronoun "she" in almost all instance. It is rare that I care enough to check by looking at the HA or profile. I also don't put my own gender on my profile, so I myself don't care if people miss. I am a human being, and most people here treat me like one.

I don't see the HA bases as being particularly secondary-sexual-characteristic heavy one way or the other, many guy-clothes here look girly to me, and lots of people here don't care about what gender the clothes are "supposed to be" anyways. So I do not look at HAs to determine gender. If I need to determine gender, I guess based on your Username.

IMO you have a guy Username, so my second casual guess would be you are a guy.

I would've thought it was a girl.

I used to make ALL my HA's like that so I know what you mean. I don't like pink and frills so I went with red/black gothic-ish scheme since I love it.

It looks pretty androgynous to me (if we're still talking about the HA, don't feel like scrolling through the whole thread)...

But, see, it's an AVATAR... If you wore that in reality, and your boobs were all but invisible from the coat, could you blame people for assuming you were male, or thinking twice about it? It's twice as hard with pixels. ;)

I personally make both male and female HA's, so I don't assign a gender to ANYONE on Subeta, especially based on their avatar. If I have to use a gender pronoun though, I tend to go with the avatar.

In my opinion, the stereotypical genderized stype you put forth in your Avatar is what you're asking to be taken as. ^^

(oh, and one last note... I know plenty of male avatars that use female clothing, just as female avatars use male clothing... XD... so I wouldn't take the bra as an immediate sign of female, even though after close examination I can see yours is most likely intended to be female. )

honestly, if I just saw it with no gender/name attached I would say male. But hey, nothing wrong with the androgynous look. have you seen Kupo? He/she looks amazing!
