The style is kind of what you'd see in a fourteen year old boy making a HA on subeta (sorry if it offends, but that's how I see it) however, you can see the cleavage and guys don't normally wear bras or small strips of cloth around their torso....

I noticed the bra, but that's me. But with the mask hiding the face and the coat, it's no wonder others think it's a male HA. Anyways, is it that bad to be mistaken? I'm a girl too in real life, but I always have male HAs because I like them more than the girly ones. XP

At first glance the HA looks girly to me, mainly because of the eyes. The cleavage and bra bit also helps, and also the midsection looks more like a jacket over a midriff top to me (which isn't really something you'd see a guy wearing), as opposed to a topless guy wearing huge necklaces. Not to mention the pants, which with the way they're cut makes it look like a pair of hottie shorts. lol

I've had many male HAs and I don't really care what they think. :x If you like it enough to wear then you shouldn't care about other person opinions.

Yes you HA looks like a boy,but ive seen many boys make girl HAs and girls make boy HAs,so no worries.:D

plus, the bra doesn't really look like a bra unless if you sit there and look at it for a while. you don't have to be frilly to look like a girl. i've made several successful female avatars, and none of them have frills or even a trace of pink on them.

My HA is a girl as well, which is really NOT obvious, because she's flat-chested and not covered up by anything but tattoos, but she is a woman, not every woman has a D-cup after all!

Just try not to care to much what the people say, irl it would definitely hurt when people call you 'dude', but here in virtual life it doesn't really matter, right? I mean you can have a disgusting oozing tentacle monster as an HA here where noone would ask for a gender.

Does it matter what gender people think your HA is? Loads of people have avatars that don't match with their genders in real life, and nobody really gets treated differently for their gender on Subeta anyway. It's much more fun to just forget about what people think and dress as you want.

It doesn't really matter, though. I switch mine around a lot. Some clothes just look better on a certain gender. :P

I agree with KikiYa, the jacket covers up the boobs and overall just gives it a more manly look. It doesn't matter though. I'm a chick and I have a guy HA. Just make avatars that make you happy.

well the hair is pretty short and androgynous, as is the face. so yeah, i would've assumed you were a guy.

After skimming this thread though, if you want a larger segment of the forums to realize that, you're apparently going to have to slap a skirt on that av, show off breasts, and put on lip something. Maybe flowers or other feminine things...

Since you probably don't want to completely change up your av (you seem to be happy with it, which is most important), you could try putting the "I AM A GIRL" bit in the first part of your ForumText and a little space between that and your reply text. That might do something.
