All the time. I was looking through the item directory building and saw a ton of stuff I never knew existed, like:

^ I did that the other day with that lovely item right there. XD And then I went on a frenzy trying to find other bottled environments and I couldn't, so I was like WHHHHY. Then I rushed to HQ and realized it was from an MCT whose items I never looked up. 8D; gr8

If over 19,000 items on the site there are bound to be a few older ones that you wont remember. Especially the ones that were part of a give away and never restocked in the shops.
