i make a meannn mac & cheese.
Omygoodness I cannot cook for the freaking life of me. Like there are no words to describe how horrible I am at cooking. I burn things, under cook things, the taste never comes out like I would hope, etc.
Although I do love making myself fruit salads. c: Strawberries, blueberries, sometimes raspberries, spinach, and cream of Poppyseed.
Of course I prefer fast food but 1000 calories a meal just ain't worth it.
no :( i can only make eggs haha fried/scrambled/boiled/whatever you can think of. and instant noodles. i fail.
I cook, and quite well. It's nothing gourmet, just good, plain food but my friends all seem to really enjoy it. Beef stew, salmon soup, french bread, mexican meatballs, brownies, roast and baked chicken...all sorts of yummyness.
hmm, i love baking pretty much anything. my favorite thing to cook.. i guess that'd be scrambled eggs with cheese on garlic bread. xD
yes i can, but i only do it every once in awhile. I love making french toast for my friends in the morning when they stay the night. The only thing i hate is cleaning up after them when its over. I try making things i have never tried before which turns out ok, but practice makes perfect. :D
I can't cook for shit, but my boyfriend can. He went to a vocational school and took culinary courses, as well as computer and automobile technical courses. So he can cook, fix my computer, and fix my car. And that's all you need in life, eh?
Now getting him to get off of his lazy ass and actually cook for me, that's another thing entirely.

Haha, no.
The only thing I know how to make is scrabled eggs. Yeah, I fail. Even though they had cooking classes in Life Skills in my Middle School. x:

[tot=nicolas]I can cook, but nothing overly complicated. So Spag Bol, Lasagne, Taco's.
Simple, but delicious ❤️.
I also discovered the other day I can make Banana Cake, yay! :D.
My favorite is pasta, with a lot of herbs, green food, cheese. I always make another combination. (I can also make basic meals with potato, rice) soups are always good.
When its Apple-time eat apples, otherwise Ice cream!
Not really. D:
I cook a lot of frozen meals, actually.
I stopped eating fast food, and now I only bother with the crap when I need a really, REALLY strong laxative effect on my side. Errr... in my... insides... bleh. Ew. I looooove cooking... I can cook almost anything, if someone plants the idea in my head and I have some time to research a recipe. Except for brownies. I never get brownies right. :(
I'm starting a culinary curriculum in the Fall, and it should be interesting, actually taking guided classes. My mother couldn't cook for crap, and neither could her mother, so I've pretty much just been learning on my own for the past couple of years.
If I had to pick one basic thing that's my favorite to cook, it would probably be basic sugar and spice cookies, with any nuts, fruit, chocolate cinnamon sprinkles, spices, etc. thrown in until it tastes out of this world. I just call them "mutt cookies" because two cookies from the same batch really could be vastly different, when you start getting enough havoc going on in there.
Not only is it a fast, neat recipe from prep to done, its also a huge crowd-pleaser. Its like they think I've done something special when I pop out of the kitchen with a platter of freshly baked, crispy-on-the-edges, chewy-in-the-inside cookies. :) The last ones tasted like pumpkin bread. The ones before that had chocolate and chili powder in them, and they were BRILLIANT.
I'm not very good at cooking, so I'm kind of afraid to try new things. I can make simple things, like chicken and rice.. or if I have someone cooking with me/am following directions for something easy I can probably manage it.
I'm more of a watcher and learner, though. My boyfriend likes to cook, and I'm very content watching and learning from him, and helping him out. I always want to buy cookbooks, because I like learning about the different recipes, but I'm really not a "doer" I guess.
I suppose I prefer baking over cooking. I really like making cookies, but um.. I have a big collection of recipes I've found online that I still need to try out- I've tried out a handful of them thus far and most of them were successful :3
I can cook lots of different things. I find challenging things the best to do. I liked making sushi, that was amazing fun. And cheesecakes and cupcakes.
My boyfriend is glad I can cook, too. He can help me sometimes. Like this Christmas. He WILL help me make a cake. :']
And I hate fast food. Apart from Chinese. Because I'm a vegetarian, and going to Macdonalds being a vegetarian is just wrong. I don't like their veggie burgers, they taste like cardboard. :C
I'm able to follow instructions and make food taste good. I can't freestyle for the life of me though it ends up tasting like canned tomatoes whatever I do.
I like to do really complicated things if I'm not starving. Desserts and shit need to be complex to be worth doing IMO because otherwise it's like the same old thing every time. Uggh.
I'm fabulous at baking twisted oat baguettes though ;) they're my thing and really easy too so contradicting myself but uh. Few things taste to amazing hot and buttered.
edit: I'm dumb.
THEY CAN'T BREAK YOU IF YOU DON'T HAVE A SPINE
I can cook, yes.. Don't do it very often though.. But I can cook. I can remember I cooked oysters once.. (but that was for a cooking match)
When it comes to cooking for myself I prefer a simple omelet or a baked sandwich in the pan with cheese and ham.
i can cook. although i hate doing all the work.
i like eating vegetarian chicken parmesan (fake chicken, basically). but i had the whole breading process. its annoying and messy.
but i do like making sauces. like adjusting the taste and adding stuff. its kind of interesting coming up with new things :D
When i made pancakes me and my mom ate it. We both had tummy aches LOLOl. I MAKE GOOD CAKES AND CUPCAKES AND COOKIES :D I swear those don't make your tummy hurt
I go to culinary school, so I hope so ! AHAHA I am in the baking and pastry field, so obviously those items. But, if we are speaking savory foods, I love making pasta. Making it from scratch can be fun, but only if you are adding things to the dough, such as herbs, and even then they usually have a dry pasta that has that herb in it. But other than that, I just like making pasta and trying out sauces, cheeses, etc. And I love mushroom duxelle. The recipe I used in class was amazing, and it was all eyeballed and just so amazing. I have been meaning to play with it again and write down what I did.
