I used to not be able to restock, but now I have been getting some good grabs, but I miss a lot of items because of that message. :c

I hate that too D: I wouldn't even mind it so much if you didn't still get the 5 second wait to buy something else. What the hell, I didn't buy anything x_x

UGH! i just got that message twice in a row trying to buy lililace items. i missed the jacket because of it and i KNOW i had it in time. fucking frustrating.

so, someone had explained why this happened.

"you and someone else, probably more than one person, were trying to get an item and the message means that someone beat you to 1 SAMPLE out of, lets say, 3-4 in stock yes, that one you clicked for to buy (the first one you wanted to buy) was snatched by someone faster so just back space and buy another sample"

at this point I'm wondering what's the purpose of this. I thought the 5 sec rule was already installed for a reason. so now when two people fight over one item, the faster one gets the first item while other people could buy 2nd, 3rd, however many stock of the item is left. the person that got the message (could have) lost the item because of the darn message when the second item (since this message only appears when 2+ of the item restocks, yeah? otherwise it'd just be sold out) should have been theirs.

in short: I don't understand why people are fighting over one of the however many quantity of the item that restocked.

The 5 second rule bugs me. I didn't get it, therefore I am not hogging anything :p

I haven't gotten this message yet (watch me get it 5 mins from now) but I've been able to restock some good items. I'm not a super speedy restocker, so its kinda benefited me by letting me a second item while two pros battle over the first. So I don't mind it because: 1.Superior restockers usually win out anyway 2.Lesser restockers have a chance And if it's still really bothering you, maybe wait a beat when buying instead of going as fast as you can?

i have learned that hesitating a second seems to work but still :/ it should be first come first serve, and if you typed it in correctly while there were still some of that item in stock, you should get it.

i'm not entirely sure where their thinking was at when they decided that needed to change.

I don't restock too much if at all enough for it to affect me, but the fact that it's an everlooming presense/problem, kind of deters me from rsing more often.

It would be nice if it was refined or all together removed, it's not really helping anyone in the long run.
