A mix between these two would be great, since they kinda look similar this is not too hard? But if I should decide for one reference to go with, I'd take the game character Henry Townshend. :D But this is only for his face, his hair is another story.
His hair style I once thought as different, but after some "in jokes" about his "bowl cut" I actually found a nice one that could probably fit him? bowl cut But maybe a bit more... frizzy? Dunno how to word this, as his hair is not that soft and straight. :) Probably almost similar to this hair style probably, but more "bowly" like in the first picture. XD
He also has a few freckles on his nose and cheeks, but not too many and not too dark.
His mood is more depressed and "self-loathe" so I would prefer if he would look more serious. :D
