Aww, thank you ❤ Part of what makes work less than fun is that they keep changing their focus on where/what they want us doing, and week to week wanting different things without telling us that they wanted something else, and... expecting us to have the answers right then when they were asking something different, and we were preparing for something else.. and then they wonder why nothing's getting done.

- That is wildly frustrating! That happens occasionally at my work, but mostly they know exactly what they want which is helpful. Although sometimes I still want to bang my head on the wall haha.

One bad part was the guy in charge was asking for things, and questioning things that had been addressed in the spreadsheet.. but didn't even read it or look it over. So. It was a bit discouraging to see that they weren't prepaired.

I think if you work with other people, at some point, its going to be frustrating. My case is bad that it's largely family/extended family...

And yeah, everyone at my work nearly is related to someone else haha. The owners kids all work there, which is fine for 2 of them, but the third just got back from being away at school, and she's not really excited to be there, so she kinda does what she wants and nobody can really tell her that she's doing stuff wrong, so that sucks. The other two are great to work with though haha.

It was blonde, no matter what, since I wanted to stand out a bit, but I was either going to use - or I absolutely love the delicate ___ waves, and wish I owned all of them... but, of all the choices, I think I liked this one the best at the moment XD

That could be a problem if the customer is unhappy/disrupted.

Oh! I should explain, the buyers are employees. The auction takes stuff in on consignment, but also has buyers who go out and buy stuffs when people call in and want a cash buyout on their items, so it's those guys who are complaining because she's not quite getting what they need.
