salmon omg mmmm well if you filled all slots and the balance is at 5000 then you can slot at 0 but if you are covering and the total of slots paid = 4800 then you pay 200 c: so 4500 total would need you to pay 500 csc

It depends, if all your slots add up to exactly/above 5000csc, then you submit your slot at 0. If they don't add to 5000, submit with the extra csc on your slot. (example, slots add to 4800, submit with your slot at 200csc)
