It's actually a tool for Gaia Online that I use anywhere that allows HTML or BBC code, ahaha. <_< Random Image Rotater thing. You register, idk if you need Gaia for it I can't remember, but then it saves your images and you can add or remove them as you please. I mean, I've had my account for like 4 years and I'd go months without touching it and its still there. Lmao.

That's cuz of the browser. If you clear your cache (F5), it should pick something new. Otherwise, it can take up to half an hour for new images to register in the rotation.
