ooc: Elegy is still in developement, but I'll give him an intro all the same :)

Name: Elegy (Last name is uncertain, but people say it's Argoe) Age: 21 (Estimated age, real age is 162-250, could be older) Height: 6' 1 Eye colour: Amber, but changes colour in response to daylight, or the weather. Hair: Chestnut brown, with streaks of black. Is of shoulder length, very tousled and with slightly splayed tips. Has a hank of hair held in a short, stumpy pigtail around the top left side of his head, held together by a red hair tie, ribbon or elastic band. Clothes: Normal clothes are a pair of torn, literally falling to pieces black jeans, held up to him by a thick chain. Hates wearing shirts, but on occasions wears a fur-lined jacket, or more rarely, suits. Has a pair of aviator glasses or goggles balancing on his head, and like most bats, carries around a smart pair of designer glasses, and wears some form of jewellery. Personality: Mild, but cold and mysterious. Is difficult to figure out, but is a real flirt. Is slightly narcissistic, but ruthless in his ways, as well as blunt. To Rainy, and his close friends, he's very shy and quite cute. Sexual orientation: (Hope you don't mind me putting this, I just want him to have a good personality) Bi Extra info: A bat. However, he only has one ear, as the other was lost in a fight with Kiyoshige as kids. Has several piercings, including 8 ear, 1 lip, eyebrow and tongue. Has tatoos up and down his back, some on his arms, and only one on his neck. He enjoys drinking hot-water, eating apples and soup, and his favourite pastimes include napping, sketching and playing various instruments, polishing and enhancing his weapons, training, and hunting.

Bic: Rainy stared at Kai and Kei, somewhat astonished. "That's what we're here for. To hunt, then to eat. We're not looking out for anyone." Rainy giggled childishly, and began to run, her body tilted forwards, her bat tails trailing behind her whilst Kiyoshige and the gang drifted gently in the air, their wings like handy parachutes, keeping an eye out for any potential danger, before swooping in and out of buildings, eyes scanning alleyways and paths for decent kills.

Akinori raised his hand. "I'll go. I mean it's not like I have anything better to do." He put his cup of tea down and casually walked onto the stage. "What song are you singing?" Alec asked, resting his legs on the table. "Huh, oh yeah. This one." He chucked his iPod Classic at Alec. "Just hit play." Alec hit play and Akinori began singing. His voice was sweet and pure and sounded just like Muse (he was singing Hysteria).

Kiyoshige, Rainy and the other bats winced suddenly, their faces screwed up in horror, and pain. "What the f*** is that NOISE?!" Kiyoshige cursed loudly, trying desperately to retract his bat ears. Rainy, despite having impeccable balance, almost tripped up, and would have fallen clear off of the roof. Whoever was singing, although very good, in bat standards, was too loud. But they had adpated to overcome this, especially since most bats enjoy fighting, often tearing up the area they are fighting in. A small, but thin layer of something VERY elastic prevented noise they don't need to hear from hitting their eardrums. Rainy sighed happily, as did Kiyoshige and the other bats once this happened. Rainy leapt off of the roof top quickly, landing gracefully on the balls of her feet before making a break for the end of the alleyway. A dead end. A man was leaning against the wall, arms folded, his dark glasses over his eyes, a cigarrette peering out from the corner of his mouth. He tossed his hair out of his eyes. "Kaede; where's his HIGHNESS?" he mocked, stating the word in bold with sarcasm. He sighed placed his hands either side of Rainy's cheeks. "You look tired." He stroked her cheek gently, and she quivered. His ear pricked up; after all, he only had one. Rainy noticed. "What happened to your ear?" Rainy murmured, patting the spot where it used to be. He winced slightly, a let out a small groan. Rainy blinked at him. "What? You like the pain?" He smiled. "Of course." He looked around quickly. "I lost my ear in a fight with his LORDSHIP, he bit it clean off." Rainy kissed the stump affectionately. "You still look okay without it Elegy," Elegy grinned. "I know you you meant 'devilishly handsome'." He tapped her nose, before leaping onto the roof, a pair of red and black feathered wings springing from his shoulder blades, and walking casually along the roof, his tail swinging behind him. It was unusually long, with piercings running up and down it. He was up to something.

"ohh rainy do you have one of those lockets?" hana-shi asked

"We're assigned lockets when we're atleast...2 years of age. Obviously, you've missed your chance, but I can still assign you one, although it'll be very tricky." Rainy stated, taking out a small pocket of red powder. She paused. "That guy's name was Elegy. He hates Kiyoshige, but he has an interest in me." Kiyoshige sighed heavily. "We've hated each other since I bit off his ear.... " He started to pour a handful of the powder into a small bowl. But he hesitated."This stuff won't do." Rainy blinked, annoyed. "I can't just go and hunt for the fresh stuff now, can I? Once I get started-" "-You can't stop." Kiyoshige finished off, clambering up the walls and onto the roof of a building. "I have more control than you do, so I'll hunt." "JUST GIVE HIM THE MIXTURE." Rainy demanded, her brows furrowed in anger. Kiyoshige jumped sliightly and decided it would be wiser to do what his sister says than ignore her.

hana-shi looked thought his pockes to find a locket that looks just like rainys but with a wolf on

Rainy rubbed her forehead in irritation and sighed. "To approve your locket, I'll need to take it back to my office and reconstruct it so it fits your needs...That'll take about 3 days." Rainy stated, dropping in a few drops of her own blood to the concoction, before mixing it with a long heart-tipped stirrer. Rainy's hand shot out suddenly, to catch a falling object as soon as it hit her hand. She raised it to her face to investigate what it was, and it turned out to be a capsule filled with something she couldn't quite identify. She opened it up, and sniffed it gingerly. It had no recognisable scent. Rainy dipped her pinky in it and licked at it. Ah! Freshly ground bones from a Jaguar. She dropped it into the mixture, and it started to froth and bubble. "This should do it," And she stirred it again with the stirring stick, before placing the bowl infront of Kei and spooning some of the mixture into his mouth.
Kiyoshige was on the roof, sitting on the edge that completely overlooks the entire town, and sighed. "Hey Kiyoshige; Miss me?" Kiyoshige turned his head and blinked at the figure looming above him. Elegy. "Let's have some....fun." He laughed maliciously and drew his weapon; a large katana, it's blade bloodred and dripping some sort of black substance. A large lily was carved around the top of the blade by the hilt. "You'll be dead before anybody will ever notice..."

"Wow. That was amazing." Alec clapped. "We'll let you know if you're picked at the end of the auditions. Just leave your cell phone number with us." Akinori strode off the stage, scribbled down his cell phone number and left the cafe. He jumped onto the cafe roof, making sure he was out of sight. His cat ears popped out and he listened. Someone had dissed him. He growled before heading off in the direction of the school.

He jumped onto the roof of the school and leapt down to where Rainy and the others were. He unsheathed his sword and got into a defensive stance. "Ok, who critisized my singing?" He growled.

Naofumi watched from a tree nearby. Nobody knew he was there. This was a good thing. "Typical Akinori." He thought, laughing quietly to himself.

Kiyoshige was still sitting, the blade sunken into his shoulder, almost ripping it straight off of the bone. He scowled at Elegy, his face screwed up in pain, his eyes like silver daggers. "What do you...want with me?" he croaked, hauling himself to his feet shakily. Elegy yanked his weapon out of Kiyoshige's shoulder, drawing up a large ribbon of blood shooting out from it. Elegy's teeth bared in a devilish grin. "Hmmm....I got my reasons," He sheathed his sword. "But, alas, I have work to attend to today." he stated off-handishly. "We'll meet again....When I'm not busy." He shot off before Kiyoshige could retaliate. Kiyoshige leapt off of the roof he was perched on, but not towards Rainy and the others. He headed towards the mountanious range looming in the distance, overlooking a dense forest. He could rest in peace, and gather up some herbs to aid his wounds.

Meanwhile, Rainy was standing by everybody, alert. "If you guys have enough energy, we'll start the chase." Rainy giggled. "After all, I think I'm getting hungry now. I'm sure you guys are too." Rainy began to hiss angrily, her sharp teeth bared. Her ears flattened against the sides of her head, and she snarled at a guy with cat ears that wasn't Kazuki. She sniffed the air. Definately a new scent. Her tail whipped and slashed the air behind her, as if it had a mind of it's own and wanted to latch onto something; a typical bat trait. Her back was arched slightly, as if to spring out and kill her prey, but she straightened out and smoothed her clothes down. "Don't get your pants in a knot." Rainy snapped absent-mindedly, her face softening. "Nobody dissed you and your singing." Her tone was soft, but it had a cold and sharp inner-meaning. She smiled weakly. "If you would be kind enough, leave." Her tone got sharper, and harsher. "This is MY territory, so don't trespass!" She'd marked her scent there several months ago, so it was her territory. No dogs went there, neither did cats, foxes or other animals.

Ooc: By the way, we're in an ALLEYWAY. That's Rainy's territory. NOT A SCHOOL.

Rainy nodded absently, drawing her mind off of the intruder, and focusing on the scent of blood from nearby. Her face twisted into a mask of sudden fear for a moment, but softened again. "Kiyoshige will be fine. There's a shrine that's been built in the forest; a resting place for bats." Rainy sighed nostalgically. "I used to gather my construction materials there... So many memories." She whistled by putting two fingers, one on each hand in her mouth. This was part of her plan. She unsheathed her sword and clanged it gently against the wall of the alleyway, making a suprisingly loud sound, before dipping her hand in the mixture that she made and spattering it against the wall. She knew that by creating noise and effects equal to that of a crime scene, it would attract the people from the shops nearby. "I hope you guys like fresh meat." When a crowd of people approached at last, she drew her claws. "Eat up guys."

Ooc: soz i was tired

Bic: Akinori snarled defensively. "You better not have." He spat before jumping onto a shop roof and running into the local woods.

Naofumi jumped down into the alleyway. "You really know how to make him angry, hm?" He grinned, sitting on a nearby balcony.

"Don't push your luck boy," Rainy barked heatedly at the stranger, tearing into the lily-white flesh of a victim she'd just killed. The group of people were dead now, laying on the damp concrete ground, a pool of blood flooding around their bodies. "..And you don't SIT down or do anything without my permission in MY territory, unless, you are a friend of mine," she stated airily. She breathed in the air around her through slightly parted lips, as if to taste it. "I don't give a f*** who you are, I want you to leave me be, or I'll slaughter you. Your choice...." Rainy continued to eat her kill, devouring the entire body in minutes, with the bones, and the guts. Everything. Atlast, she wiped her mouth. The night could go on for as long as she wanted it to, meaning more food for her, and more blood spilled. "We couldn't kill him because his scent was tainted, meaning that there was a slight change in the way his blood is. Naturally, I would kill him anyway, but instinct tells me not to."

Naofumi jumped down into the alleyway, ignoring Rainy's orders. "I'm sorry but the smell of blood drew me here..." His cat ears popped up and he pounced on the old man, ripping his flesh apart.

After a while he stopped and continued his sentence. "I thought it was my brother's. I could smell his scent from a mile away."

Rainy blinked astonished, then smiled, as if pleased. "Nice to meetcha'!" she trilled, grinning happily. Her smile slipped as she put on a serious face, her eyebrows furrowed. She sighed before looking at the dark night sky, shading her eyes from the moons brightness. "I don't accept people the way my brother does. I have to test them, like I did now. I often simply spit out an angry quote, which I'm used to people following but on this occasion... You've caught my interest." She tilted her head up and howled, not in the way a wolf howls, but a more deep, rich melodious sound. Rainy stopped, mid-howl and her ears stood erect on her head. Several returning howls from across the entire country were heard. All of which, Rainy recognised. "It seems as if the night will have to come to a halt now," Rainy swished her tail in a complicated manner, and daylight was to arrive within 2 hours time, giving them not much time to go home and rest. Rainy, however, decided to stay in her alleyway, as it's dark and it has perfect bat sleeping conditions; plenty of things to hang onto. Rainy's tail wound around an overhead pole, and stayed firmly attached, letting Rainy hang down like a possum. Normal bats hang with their feet, but Royal family bats tails are long and strong enough to wind around poles and secure their sleeping owners in mid-air for up to a month, sometimes even longer. Rainy's wings sprang out and wrapped around her, cloaking her in a warm, feathery shroud. "G'night!" And with that, she drifted into a deep sleep, whilst somebody latched onto the pole beside her. "Good night Kaede..." Elegy whispered, and Rainy's left wing sprang open, her face tired and her eyelids drooping. "You're really desperate, aren't you? In." Elegy smiled gratefully and sidled in next to Rainy, and the two huddled close as Rainy's wings closed around them again.

Naofumi smiled. "Interesting." He grinned. He finished eating before jumping back onto the balcony. He looked at the sky. It was turning a deep navy colour. Naofumi yawned. "Man, I'm tired." He said. He curled up into a ball and went to sleep.

In the middle of the night, Akinori joined him and lay down beside him. He was also tired.

The sun rose into the sky, giving it a peachy colour, whilst it warmed the land from last nights rain. It was early morning, and Rainy woke slowly, stretching out her arms from her upside-down position. Elegy was still fast asleep, snuffling slightly. Rainy smiled affectionately and tapped his shoulder. He stirred, and rubbed his eyes with the back of his hands. "Wha....? Hmmm? Oh, mornin' Kaede," "Mornin' Elegy," Rainy trilled, yawning. Her face was pale and drawn. Elegy noticed. "What's the matter?" he asked, cupping his hands around her face. He reached out and stroked her hair comfortingly. "I guess I'm a little homesick..." Elegy's face creased with concern for his soulmate. "Well, I'll take you back home." "It'll be hard though..." "I don't care. If it get's you better again, that's all that matters." Rainy gave in, and put her glasses on from inside her pocket. The scar between her eyes was still there, but it was healing rapidly. However, Rainy was annoyed with something. And Elegy could tell; the gleam in her eyes, the sudden outburst of snapping at him, and her flinging her dinky little mobile across the street, going through the window of a shop with the sheer force of her thow. "Why are you so...tetchy today?" Elegy asked, crouching on the rooftop. "I have my reasons," Rainy snarled, walking into the new sunlight. "Anyway, let's just go home."

Bic: Akinori yawned and woke up. "Time to go hunting Nao." He said, nudging Naofumi. Naofumi stretched. "Mornin' already?" He yawned. He stood up and stretched again. They jumped onto the rooftop and ran across swiftly, jumping occasionally when they had to change roofs. "Hold up." Akinori said. "I think I've found our prey." Naofumi skidded to a halt. "I hate it when you do that Aki." He growled.

hana-shi yawn ed and shivered a noticed he was lying in a alley wearing only his boxers "oh crap, some idoit stole ma clotrhes" he back home to notice he did have his keys he slumped next to the door and fell aslepp

Cloud got up. "Guys you coming? We've been here all night." He yawned before nudging Vincent. "Hey Vincent. Wake up!" "Huh...what? Where am I?" Vincent said, still half-asleep. "You're in Cole's cafe you ding-bat." Alec said. His eyes were closed as he was checking the auras of everyone present in the cafe.

ooc: Will be a little off-topic cuz' I haven't been on here in AGES. Of course, I destroyed my laptop charger AGAIN (4th time) and my main computer is slow as hell, thus, I won't be on as much XD Keep a good eye on things for me Chax in a box :) Remember; It may have ALOT of spelling mistakes (probably) cuz' I am tired.

Bic: Rainy consulted her watch as she lumbered into her small appartment, Elegy closely following. She needed to pick up some basic supplies, as well as keep track of how much, or how little time that they had left. Kiyoshige had gone to flush out Ai....wherever he was. He too, had not much time to stay here. Keeping your basic bat features hidden was like holding your breath underwater. They could only really come alive during the night period. Plus the fact that Kiyoshige had duties to attend to, and his secretary couldn't keep the entire household under control for long at all. "It's only....6am. It gives us enough time to just...Get the things we need back at home and return," Rainy paused, playing with the frayed hem of her hoodie. "....I need to finish any orders I've received whilst away... and to also get my Hold marking re-approved." Elegy winced. "Ouch. Having your Hold marking approved is painful.... " He sighed nostagically. "I miss home..." "I miss being 6 years old, but I ain't complaining." Rainy replied bitterly, before bursting into peals of laughter. She brushed her hair out of her eyes absently, and grabbed a large cardboard box of various hair products, facial masks, hair accesories and endless packets of tea ingredients, whilst Elegy hoisted two heavy crates onto his shoulders. It contained several wrapped items. "They're just gifts for the family." Rainy muttered, walking over to the door, the box in her arms. That's when it hit her. How was she to lock the door? It was a good thing they had superb control over their tails. It dipped into her back pocket and coiled around the keys, plugging them into the lock and well...Locking the door. She sighed in relief and plodded down the path, a broad grin stretching across her face. She was going home for the first time since she'd been kidnapped. Although it would seem a little strange, as despite being born there, she'd gotten attached to the area she was brought to.
