It's an intentional change that ties it to actually playing the slots for more than one spin. It's no longer a promised 15k, and isn't going to be changed back to that especially considering that there is an increased chance of getting items (including the coin) from slots.

It doesn't make sense to have items that have an explicit value or floor, and i don't like the gameplay loop for folks to buy them up from user shops and turn them in.
