There are two different options for pricing when pricing the Autopricer - you can select Lowest Price or Average Price as a strategy. You can also Skip pricing an item if you don't like the price.

Just because it prices something low doesn't mean that the Autopricer is broken - if you selected Lowest Price as a strategy, that's what it went with.
