my achievement count on my profile keeps going up without me appearing to receive any achievements (I got a bunch from Kumos slots but I haven't really been playing this recently and I don't have any sidebar notifications on legacy or Kumos about these other achievements). I went from ~1500 pre-Survival to now 2114, which is a bit confusing as I'd been specifically working on hitting 1600 achievements in 2026 and now I have no idea where I actually am re: that goal 😵‍💫 has anyone else noticed this problem? I assume it's related to Survival being partially migrated to Kumos as I've been kissin' hard at the booths so maybe my kissing achievements are messing up/duplicating or something, but... just thought I'd check as achievements don't appear to have migrated to Kumos (?? the link on Kumos to the achievements page still opens the legacy frame anyway, idk, sometimes the link trees are a bit confusing so if I'm missing the new page my bad).

i would say it's 'fixed' in the sense i'm not rapidly gaining achievements for no apparent reason anymore (yay!), but i still have like 1500 achievements bloating my legacy numbers (i see the achievement number is now different on the forums?) because now i have 3599, which definitely doesn't correlate with the amount of normal achievements i've earned since survival haha.

This is still broken... we are no longer gaining excess numbers of achievements because the kissing from survival has stopped (that's what was causing it) but the totals are still incorrect because they still include the inflated numbers. It's really bothering me tbh and I know a lot of other people as well, achievements are something that a lot of users work really hard on and it's disheartening to not know our real counts. Especially with all these new achievements to work on. It's a huge bummer.

This is definitely still not showing the right count - it was balloning during Survival, and that stopped, but the counts are still ridiculously high/haven't been reset to normal. Take a look at the high score list - the lowest number of achievements on the list is 5k. We don't even have 5k achievements, let alone 10.5k like the high score.

I love collecting achievements; it's one of my favorite things to do on the site. It's disappointing to not be able to see how I'm doing! I like seeing my name inch up on the HST, but I can't do that because everything is borked.

And on a related note, I can see how many "new" (kumos?) achievements people have here on the forums next to their avatar. I'd love to see that fixed to be the full achievement count, too.

I still have about 7,000 more achievements than I've actually earned. My count started ballooning during Survival and seemed to go up every time I gave or received a kiss on Kumos.

I would love for it to be restored back to normal. I know how much work achievements take and that users take pride in making the high score table. I definitely haven't earned the spot I'm currently ranked as.

I really hate to complain but achievements are seriously screwed up. Counts are way off, the HST is inaccurate as a result, and some achievements are not tracking progress. Achievements are a very big reason I am here so it's really a bummer.

i used to like collecting achievements as my second goal here (beyond cws, and collecting all the wearables) and seeing the count go up would give me mad dopamine LOL i was ecstatic when i hit 2k xD

ever since the count has been thrown off massively though, i find i don't care at all about achievements anymore. ;-; the number feels oddly wildly inflated and scrambles my brain to look at it. there is absolutely no way in heck i have earned close to 7k achievements. that is obscene o.o
