I received the Eternal Hair coupon for Christmas and don't know what to do with it. All I understand is that if I exchange my hair, it will be gone from the coupon. I can't see it displayed in the salon. What should I do with it without losing it?

Hair coupons can be either added directly to the Wardrobe to be used as a wig as-is, or can be Redeemed to be unlocked as a hair style that can be customized in the Hair Salon. Redeeming a hair coupon deletes the item.
