Just noticed this on the VIP page- I’m infected so for me it’s showing on the page that shows I’m infected. “Due to recent issues, we're offering free infections! You have 2 remaining. Claim yours”
We can't claim them while we are infected, apparently, but I was just over checking on Discord and looks like Keith’s going to keep the VIP page active long enough for anyone infected to get their free strains once their infection matures.

My worm face matured and I removed it. Then I got a notice that I was getting 3 free skins, So very slowly I applied the first one - and got a notice on it. Even tho it didnt say to, I still went thru the actions of removing a skin in wardrobe, then went back to add my second one. I followed the exact same procedure and got that one too. When I went back for the 3rd it wouldnt let me.
I do have verification in my messages of all of this from the game. Now my question is: "Was I suppose to get the actual 3 and am I experiencing yet another glitch? Or am I finished, and only allowed 2 skins"? Thank you so much!! Oh and I returned to the VIP to start another skin and will not allow me to start any. Has nothing to click. I have to wait out my infection before I can get mine so I can’t see the actual process but it sounds like you took the right steps- it’s what I would have done.
What did you select for your third (free) strain? Is there a chance you clicked on one of the earlier stages instead of Mature strain which gives it to you automatically? If that’s the case maybe you need to do the bite process to speed it along. Try posting for bites for that 3rd strain and see if it takes. If it’s one I have I can try biting for it!
Mine says 2 free skins remaining but I got my first one when they offered us the free one at the beginning. (For a total of 3 that they’re giving us this year). Had you gotten any free strains prior to trying for these current three this year?

The only way I could get to another skin, was to hit the cancel button, then go pay for a skin. LOL

Oh I hear ya! I am sooooooo ready to be done! Once this final strain has matured I’ll be able to grab my two freebies.. hopefully without issues! 🤞🏻
