The link takes you to the kumos gift center now maybe it's related, but I sent a gift and Major Drills didn't register it.

Seconding. It appears gifts sent through the Kumos gift center (which is now the default using the Drills and Arctic Frost links 🥺) don't count towards quest completion.

Working on this now, thank you for the report!

The gift cener moved over (And was very easy!) but the code that powers drills didn't - working on getting those hooks in now (And in other Kumos places like the vending machines as well!)

Should be up in a little bit, and I'll also revisit the categories of drills as well.
