. You're right and thank you! My sad face wasn't really that serious, I was exaggerating.

Rain rain and more heavy rain where I am in sunny Sydney. The temperature here last Saturday was 109 degrees and today (Sunday) it's 74. Crazy!

The snow sounds very pretty . Beats flooded streets and potholes from the rain. :(

I can't go outside without wearing my bulky snowboots with ice grippers on it. I am so afraid of falling. It's been really cold here. Below freezing most days and I can't go anywhere because my garage door freezes shut. Today it reached 35 degrees fahrenheit. Tomorrow will be 23 degrees fahrenheit.

. That's terrible!!! Here I am complaining about rain but you have it a lot harder. I'd be scared to go out too in the slippery weather and I can't even imagine what below freezing feels like. :(

I originally grew up in New York City in the Bronx. I am used to cold weather, but as i get older, it seems to feel worse. I can't wait for warmer weather to get here.

I've been to NYC in December and it was very cold but I imagine Jan and Feb would be much colder. I hope it warms up soon where you are. We're almost halfway through January so you're slowly moving towards warmer weather. Your garage door sounds like a nuisance! I'm not sure I'd like to drive around on slippery roads though. Are you working? If so, are you getting to work by public transport?

- well, we've always had more than we needed. It goes towards rewards, birthday gifts, and any games or events we run. I have to admit, we used to do something like a game every other month or so. In the past, we even had a little story running where Harmony, Melody's sister, was watching over her pet polar bear, while she did the gift giving at her cottage.. and the polar bear would stop by our members 'homes' and leave presents behind. Then they would report to Harmony that they'd seen him so she could run after him again. It was so much fun, and I'd forgotten all about it, till I went poking around recently and found our record of it. Maybe I can come up with a spin for that around Valentine's ;)

Wardrobe wars used to be "who wore it best"... but that took a lot of work for me, cause I couldn't just tally the winners, I had to keep a history of what everyone did for it AND did first, second, and third place. That was a lot of prizes, and I want to say we were doing like, every 2 weeks... and the prizes for that were like a 1mill sp item from your wishlist, randomly... It ran for a few months before I couldnt do it anymore.

There's only been a time or two where I would take out some of the funds to 'refresh' the Wishing Well... most of the time we have some good stuff in there that's donated by other members.

I live in a small town in Ohio now. I am retired now. I get rides to doctor appt, if they are out of town through transportation from my insurance company. I don't like driving. The furthest I drive is 3 miles to our Walmart, but I just purchase Walmart plus, so I am getting my groceries delivered.
