Does anyone else have a problem with their GA disappearing? I have a subscription which just renewed 2 days ago but suddenly tonight I have pop up ads, only 10 quests instead of 15 & can't autoprice. Filed a ticket but don't see anything on the forums about it. Anyone know what happened & if it will be fixed soon? I was starting quests but now can't do them & can't autoprice my shop.

Same issue here! My (quester) subscription that renewed on the 7th is claiming it's active on the subscription shop page but none of the features appear to be working. Strange little bug, I hope everything's alright on their end.

Same here. I have a subscription and it says ACTIVE: Your plan will auto-renew on 12/25/2025 buuuuuut... I don't have any of the GA perks. :/

I sure hope it gets fixed soon. Haven't received a reply to my ticket but just submitted it about 30 minutes ago. I can't do quests or autoprice my shop until this is fixed. :(

My subscription/GA just disappeared as well.

Posting here with same issue. Sub says its active on the subscription page, but account is blue instead of gold, missing gold functionality. Looks like a few of my friends also got un-golded, but not all of them??

Me too!!! I was wondering, why I saw an advert reappearing constantly at the top of the page and feared a virus. Then I a quest and was stopped all of a sudden, had to look twice, before I realized - You've completed 10/10 quests today!

My Goddess subscription renewed 2 days ago. "Your plan will auto-renew on 01/15/2026"

I need this to be fixed asap, because I'm on neverending quest point hunt, just adding a day won't give me the points I'd need and be loosing today.

P.S. - applies for Kumos as well! Only 3 quests available!

I just got this as well. Subscription renews on the 12th, and this morning poof. Which is not what I expected sigh. I noticed when I went to quick stock my shop and display had only 100 at a go.

Holy cow… the pop-up ads! 🤦‍♀️ I forgot how annoying they were until my Gold account disappeared today. 😩

Same with me, my status page doesn't say I'm on subscription even though I am. My renewal date is on 23/12. Hope this gets sorted out soon!

Is it possible for those of us who've been affected can get our accounts turned back on? I am certainly not paying you to be bombarded by ads and unable to quick stock and autoprice. I don't really wish to use my loyalty boxes for this. :(
