My fav holiday memory has to be from wayyyy back when I was like 4 years old. My grandma and uncle had a toy shop then and they found this little Santa that walked, had a bell that rang, light up candle, and sang Christmas carols. Night before Christmas mom wakes me and my sis up and tells us Santa is in the house. She led us to the living room where all the lights were out and all of sudden we see the Santa toy all lit up and singing, walking towards us on the floor. We both actually thought Santa was legit there haha. It made our Christmas and I still remember back on that night so fondly.

That Santa was passed down to me and I still bring him out to this day. His lights and bell don't work anymore, and he no longer walks or sings but to me, it's not Christmas until I have him sitting under the Christmas tree. <3

My current favourite holiday memory is when we had a dog for Christmas because my mum was dogsitting for someone. We all loved him very much and he was super cute in his little Christmas jumper ^^

My favorite memory is when my sister got me a tiger plushie from her first job. I wanted to so bad and she knew and I was totally surprised and it really meant something to me that with her first paycheck she bought something for me.

My most cherished Christmas memory is celebrating at my grandmother's house with the whole family. My uncle would dress up as Santa Claus, and it was so much fun.

I think I have some good Christmas memories but none that super pull on my heart strings. Maybe because we didn't celebrate Christmas until I was 12? I always loved having time off from school. When we lived in the north I enjoyed the snow greatly especially when I was little. I remember when my aunt Carol introduced me to one of my favorite foods on a Christmas...ham gravy yummmm. I also remember making home made candy and baking cookies. I wish I enjoyed baking like I used to. I do enjoy baking and the products of baking but I always feel so exhausted going into it. Maybe if I had one of those good old fashion winter breaks where I could relax for a few days it would help baking feel like less of a chore, haha.

I don't have many good holiday memories, but one Christmas my dad and I played video games I got as gifts on Christmas day before he had to leave for work.

I don't have many memories of Christmas, but I was spending winter overseas once and went to my favourite cafe in that country during Christmas. We were having a cold front that year, and the owner knew from our chats that I came from a country with a tropical climate. When I was leaving the cafe, he came hurrying out after me with heat packs that he pressed into my hands, saying that he was worried I wouldn't be used to the low temperature.

We used to have a cat who absolutely loved the Christmas tree. When we stopped putting up our tree we could tell he was sad about it so we got a little glittery tree for him. We told him it was just for him and put it close to his favorite spot. He would just sit there starring at it and smiling. He loved his special little tree.
