There was a forum squish a while back, and all threads that were in the squished forums have been relocated into their new forums. For example, the Profile & Graphics Market is now in Profiles & Graphics.

The sections for "Subeta Commerce" and "Social Scene" are still showing, but the forums in those sections were all moved. You'll want to look at the new forum sections to get an idea of where everything moved!

For your user profile and pet profile layouts, they should be in the Profiles & Graphics forum.
