Oh no! A few things:

1. Saving them wont fix this problem - We don't actually "save" that imagine anywhere, it's generated when you view it. We have a layer between Subeta and your computer called Cloudflare that caches the image, and will hold on to it for as long as it can without making us regenerate. You're seeing that image -- even if you delete an outfit it'll continue to show up at that .png route for a long time
2. This has been a problem where Cloudflare starst displaying another URL at the same one, so what you're seeing is another saved avatar (maybe yours, maybe another users) and it won' tbe resolved until the cache is cleared entirely. Unfortunately that makes us re-generate every avatar on the site, which.... can bring down Subeta these days

I'm going to try to reset the cache for those images in particular and see if we can get any movement, but I'll be entirely honest, this is likely to get fixed by moving to the Kumos wardrobe, where I am spending my time & energy
