Change in order to keep the site going is totally understood. I appreciate all of the work that you are doing to keep it alive! Just to satisfy my own curiousity since I haven't read anything on it. Are most of the games going to transition into Kumos?

Amid all the complaints, I just want to let you know I appreciate you for all you do. I've been on this site since 2006, so maybe that's why I'm less upset about the changes, because I've seen this site through a LOT of changes and craziness. Of course, I'm not happy about all the changes, but I understand why it has to be done. It would've been so easy to go the way so many other games have when they no longer become financially feasible, close it with no warning and no apology. But out of love for the userbase and what we've created here, you've continued to not only keep it alive, but work to improve it for the future, all on your own time and budget. In today's world when most websites are just cash cows with a staff who care nothing about their users, Subeta has always stood above the rest with a staff who puts its users first.

Hi! When using the new Tree Gifting feature in the Tree Gallery, I can't move items from my shop(s) to under a friend's tree. I get an "Oops! Something went wrong" error Melman when the page tries to load.

I had no problem moving items from vault and wardrobe into someone's tree using the new mechanism, but for some reason it won't transfer from my shops or gallery. Thank you!

I like the new changes to the main shops. The shopkeepers are smaller and you can see more items without having to scroll too much. I also like that the sorting feature keeps the same sort even after purchasing an item (this is huge to me.) I have noticed when doing quests that the new main shop format loads after the purchase of a quest item and it's slow to close the tab. I quickly close tabs when questing, and it's not as responsive since the above changes. I am used to legacy shops and still have a preference for them, but these recent changes are an improvement to Kumos shops.

One thing I continue to have a problem with for all of Kumos, and is honestly a dealbreaker for me (considering long-term and subscription-wise), is the slow, clunky experience. When I click, I expect pretty quick results (mostly instant, per my experience typically with legacy and all of the internet.) I do not have that experience with Kumos. Even changing the sidebar from Dashboard to Events takes way too much time. If the same action is taken on legacy, it is seamless. That's what I'm hoping for sooner rather than later in future iterations of Kumos - a seamless browsing experience. I think fixing this one issue will improve everyone's perception of Kumos.

I'm having some trouble with my ornament inventory on kumos. I've tried reloading my collection but it stays stuck at 91 ornaments. I have been using the "mass move ornaments from inventory" link on legacy, but even adding one through my inventory isn't working. Is there something else I should try?
