I had to make a new account JUST to post in the forums. I haven't played in over 2 years and im heartbroken i cant get back into my old account. I tried for over a month to get a password reset link sent but nothing works. I tired emailing support and got no response. Please I want my actual account back- has anyone else had this issue?

finally got the link to reset but every time i enter the new password into the (unlabled, mind you) boxes, it just refreshes the page and doesnt give me any information. I reset the password to this account just fine. The password resetting is utterly broken i'd really appreciate a response at some point hello

Okay i figured out hte problem. So my original account is attached to an email that closed. I can't reset the password or change the email the account is attached to. no one is responding to my emails still. Please can ANYONE ANSWER ME. i can answer anything about the account can i please get anyone to pay attention here.

nvm i hopped on the discord and got some answers. just waiting for an email i suppose
