items with 0 count and stuck in vault

Hey so, I have two sweaters 20th Anniversary Sun Kumos Cookie+ Wishlist 20th Anniversary Sun Kumos Cookie 0 in your vault [x] [all] and 20th Anniversary Marsh Kumos Cookie+ Wishlist 20th Anniversary Marsh Kumos Cookie 0 in your vault [x] [all]
stuck in my vault. The images do not clear, and I can not 'remove' them out of my vault- obviously they are not there. I've cleared my cache and history. its been a few months and they are still there.
Any idea why? I never ran across a 0 count item before, nor an item stuck in my vault.

This likely happened if you moved items from your vault to a shop when there were issues with the vault queue not properly working, and that hasn't happened in a long while. Please fill out a ticket so staff can help you further with this!
