Thanks everyone! I had to clean vomit on the bus Monday afternoon. It took me 1 hour and 10min. It sucked. I was trying not to gag over the radio (you need to radio for a sick child). I just hope i get paid for it. I claimed my time. Next time, I'm refusing. Took me everything not to get sick. At least they had cleaning supplies and disinfectant, but it was a lot of work and I was exhausted.
It's totally ok you guys missed my Birthday! Don't feel bad (if you do) ♥️

Thats how I did on my bus. I wasnt about to get on my hands and knees and scrub anything that those little goblins messed up.

Thank you! I was having a good day, until i had to clean vomit and I was delayed roughly 1hour and a half going home. We ended up eating late and I went to bed at 10:30. I was exhausted
I didn't know you drive a bus! I have pre-existing hand and arm issues and the bus made them worse. That comes with any job. Occupational hazards :c
My workplace doesn't even own a shopvac. I don't know if they have a hose. It's also winter and the water from the mop froze right away. Almost took a wipe out. We've been having temps anywhere between -5c to -34c
They don't have a cleaning crew either. We have to clean it, but there are other drivers that can clean anything. The manager asked our iron stomach driver (she cleaned puke on my bus last year) and she said no. Next time, I'm refusing
