If you haven't already and you've seen some recently, I'd suggest filing a ticket to see if they can get that looked at/escalated to someone who can quicker.

Since there hasn't been any other reports of questionable ads, I am going to go ahead and lock this up. As mentioned previously, I'd recommend filing a ticket for a UA to review at time of incident.
