I'm not sure what his name is but he wants to duel for trinkets. On Kumos he didn't have the right script, I'm not sure it registered what you click and if you loose the duel you have to wait 15mins to dance again
Masq is over but Kumos Dance groups were still going earlier. They auto dance for people to get trinkets while offline.
