This happened to my sister and she had to click a bunch before it worked. I signed up for one days ago and it's still pending. D:

I'm getting this error when I try to remove a strain that I didn't want to be infected with. It's saying "Oops! An error occurred: You don't have enough sP for that." when I try to pay to remove my strain through VIP

Update: Was able to pay to remove my strain. Ended up trying a few times and then eventually it worked after giving me the same error multiple times.
