I'm really enjoying the auction house. ^_^ The wishlist search in particular is amazing.

It's quite refreshing to just bid here and there and not feel stressed about it, just try my luck!

I've only managed to sell one item the last few days; that shampoo is heading back up for a third time, with a bigger discount to start off!

Tbh, I only found the wishlist search because I looked for it after Keith posted about it - it would be helpful if it could be available from the auction home page, as well as the browse page.

Was so excited over the last few days watching an item that's been on my most desired WL for ages, just for someone to outbid me in the last literal 5sec. I even tried to up my bid in the last few seconds as a precaution, but they bid higher than I had put in so I lost out. I don't think the auction house is for me, that actually made me so sad.

Thanks for reminding me of the wishlist option!

~ yeah some people are really cutthroat in there. It's sad too when it's an item not even for sale in the user shops cause then you know whoever has the utmost sP will win no matter what.

Lots of people don't bid at all until the last minute and that can be confusing cause then it seems like that item doesn't actually have as much interest as one thought.

If it's not too painful, can I ask what the item was?

On one hand, I really can't have any "hard feelings" because that's just how auctions work. It was a smart move on the part of the winner, and I imagine they wanted the item just as much as I do. At the same time, of course I'm bummed lol - as I'm sure anyone who misses out on a deeply wanted item (especially if they think no one else is bidding) is.

It was the Killer Cute Bee Bag. Unavailable in shops and I totally would have bought it from the person for more than it went for at auction if they had sold it on the forums or something.

It brought me back to the ooooold days when my dad and I would be up late / early on e bay trying to get me the rare zoid models I desperately wanted!

~ oh yeah, definitely a cute item. I just hope that people are bidding on items that they want and not just trying to buy to resell since it's a good deal. Cause that would bum me out. I actually didn't bid on it because I figured some folks wanted it more.

I hope so too. Yeah, I'm only bidding on items if I really want them too.

~ I feel like right now, too, the auction house is really hyped in a way that doesn't give more casual subeta users (aka not online 24/7) more of a chance to win some. I think as time goes on it'll be much less aggressive. At least that's my hope c:

Edit: Can't wait for the Auction House to re-open. I'm pretty excited about the option to auction off currencies as well :)
