Yes they are vials called Lotus Vial Stinging Vial Vaguely Sticky Vial Bulbous Vial creeping vial And i was just told it takes about a day or so to get the full effects for each one. :) It can only be used during this event otherwise they won't work..LOL i tried...he he It looks like the first one is already working (creeping vial)
