Mix the dry ingredients with the wet. Whisk until well-mixed.
Deshell and finely chop pistachios. Fold these ingredients into the above mix. Move dough to a clean counter. Roll it thin & cut with leaf-shaped cookie cutters. Place leaves on baking sheet. Bake 350°F for 12-14 minutes.
Cool cookies. Decorate with leaf-colored glazes, sugar, and magic dust.

Cookie ingredients:
Mix the ingredients and set it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 3 hours. After they are cool, roll out the dough. Cut out fairy shapes and then let them sit. Preheat the oven and when ready bake them until they are light brown.

Melt chocolate chips. Spread onto cookie sheet. Crush Snow Fairy Candies and sprinkle onto chocolate. Let cool, break into pieces and enjoy!

After missed the advent calendar challenge, I'm happy I can join this one.
Gluten free filled cinnamon cream cookies
Ingredients
Optional
Preparation 300g gluten-free flour (also possible to use any nut meal, also oat. Mix your own gluten-free flour), 1/4 Teaspoon Salt, chopped nuts of choice (2-4 hand full),
200g butter (room temperature)
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the butter (cutted into pieces) and kned everything well, until you have a compact dough. Let it cool in the freezer for 1h.
After 1h waiting time, pre-heat the oven at 180°C (356°F).
Kned the dough again a bit, flat it with the baking roll (thickness phalanx of your finger), cut it with a grid pattern. Roll every rectangle in your hand to a ball, put it on your baking sheet (with our without baking paper or your silicone baking mat) and press ist round with the bottom of a small glass. Or use a fork for a pattern.
Bake the cookies for about 10-15 minutes. Do this with all your dough. Let the cookies cool down for 30-45 minutes.
Melt the chocolate chips in a water bath while stiring. Add optional again some cutted nuts in and stir again. If you like, use any syrup of your choice and stir again.
Use a teaspoon to fill one of the cookies with the melted chocolate-nut mix. Put on another cookie and do it with all your cookies.
Enjoy.

Smoked Butterscotch Latte Shortbread Cookies
Mix ingredients with your (hopefully clean) hands but don't overmix or your cookies will be tough - no mixers allowed:
Shape into an elongated oval, like those awful store bought slice & bake cookies. Wrap in parchment paper and refrigerate overnight
Finely Crush and mix together (note an industrial-grade rock crusher is helpful with this, but a good mallet and upper body strength works also)
Preheat over to 350 degrees. Take dough from refrigerator and roll in coating mixture, making sure the dough is fully coated. Slice into 3/4 inch slices and prick the tops of the cookies with a toothpick in pretty holiday patterns. (Trees and stars are the easiest for the non-artists like me, LOL, but be creative.)
bake 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet until golden brown. Cool & enjoy.

whip sugar and butter until creamy. Add in eggs, vanilla and rum. Fold in dry ingredients. Roll and cut into quarter sized balls. Place on cookie sheet and sprinkle pumpkin seeds on top. Bake at 350 for 12 - 15 mins

Melt cereal and marshmallow ghost together in a on a . Once melted, add in as much green food coloring as your heart desires.
Allow to cool, separate into balls, and top with many berry candies!!!
Butterscotch Oatmeal Recipe - home grown.
1 cup butter, softened. 3/4 cup sugar. 3/4 cup brown sugar. 2 eggs. 1 tsp orange extract. Cream butter & sugar, then beat in eggs, then add orange extract.
1 tsp baking powder. 1/4 tsp baking soda. 1/2 tsp cinnamon. 1/4 tsp nutmeg. 1/2 tsp salt. 1 1/2 cups flour. 3 cups whole oats. Mix dry ingredients, then add to wet ingredients.
1 package butterscotch chips. Add chips to batter, drop by teaspoon. Oven 375. Bake 8-10 min.
Chai Tea Cookies
Combine dry ingredients. Brew both types of chai tea. Combine tea, melted butter and gradually incorporate eggs. Divide into even balls on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until done on the inside. Both teas will create an extremely enhanced flavor & aroma.
