- The basic process is this:

Tonight at midnight, I lock the topic so no there can be no new sign-ups, and then on Saturday evening I'll be smailing everyone with the name of the person they will be giving to. Then when the round is over, I'll make a post in the thank-you thread with a list of the matches. (The thank-you thread is currently locked, but I'll unlock it when the gift-giving period officially starts.)

I plan to send out the matches on Saturday evening, since I'm working that day. Don't be alarmed - you will get your matches when I come home!

Now is also a good time for all participants to make sure that you have a variety of items at different price points on your wishlists!

Secret Santa matches have been sent! I was able to send them out tonight instead of having to wait until after work after all.
