Happy Birthday, !

I hope it's not too curious to ask, but why is halloween regulated in your town? 1,5 hours on one day doesn't seem much for all the kids to get their treats? I hope they all dressed up nicely in fun costumes!

In the small towns in Ohio it is regulated. I don't know why. All the towns around here do that. I think maybe even Zanesville does it. Yes, the trick or treaters all wear costumes and look so nice. Even some of the parents get dressed up to take their little ones trick or treating. I only had 31 trick or treaters and had made up 53 treat bags. I have a lot of leftover candy which I can't eat since I am diabetic. I will be taking some to my friends house and also bringing some to my gaming session on November 9.

Since today is Halloween - Happy Halloween Everyone, I will be wearing my once a year orange halloween shirt. Also, it's warm enough I don't need to wear a jacket to cover it up.
