I don't think the Naproxen is going to work like it did last week. I can deal with a slightly fat finger, but it's painful. It's at the point where it needs surgical correction. I told the surgeon not to give me cortisone because it doesn't work at all. I got a two week flare, and he said, "You're lucky it onky lasts that long. A flare can last 3 months. You're allergic to it, so I might as well do surgery on it before I retire. " He's retiring in December this year.

You and me both! I have no understanding of the weapons, what works against various opponents, or anything really.

- I see you and found the battle thread that has helpful tips...I changed my weapons to include some of the suggested ones (I don't have all the suggested weapons) and will give it a try today :)

I have none of the weapons myself.

- tried a few more things a few more time...still can't get past 5 wins... :( I might try again later...

I would do the same, get it done with a good dr before he retires. Doing it now, he can also do follow ups. Always good to stay with same surgeon until you get the okay its done healing. Good Luck with battling!

I've gotten so much advice my head is spinning and I'm all confused.

- Head spinning and confusion is my normal state of mind :P I got discouraged this morning when I continued to battle that thing...I surrendered...I'll try again though. I have a lot of regard for the serious battlers. It isn't enough to have a trained pet...the weapons and how/when to modify and when to use is important.

I'm realizing that. I've given up on the Wizard for this year. I'm going to finish off Glider and Golem and wipe out some Minis and call it good.

I'll probably do the same - those last beatings my pet took were hard to watch :( I'll see how I feel in the next day or two when I have time...might try again but that thing just gets stronger while I'm fumbling with weapons grrrrr... Maybe next year...

I intend to do a lot of battling in the next year. Finish off as many opponents and achievements as I can, build my pet up and hopefully get some good weapons. And I am completely done with the Glider.
