Hello and good evening, Sydney and all Lair Bears. I was decorating (ok -Trying To). Our porch boasts 2 dwarf triple ball tree and my brilliant idea is to decorate them like seasonal holiday trees with orange and black ribbons, tiny pumpkins and lights. Unfortunately, the lights keep falling off and the tiny pumpkins are heavier than they look so the trees keep kinda falling over. I might just end up giving up and put a large jack-o-lantern on the porch. Story of my life....
I would get bigger pots or heavy clay pots with pretty design and colors for them, and in the bottom fills them with rocks. That way they will also be anchored down for any strong winds year around.
Now why didn't I think of that! I will scoot over to Home Depot tomorrow and check out seasonal pots.
I think Costco and Sams Club have some nice ones, too. Check online so you dont waste a trip over to them. Home depot will have the stones too.

Funny we are both take our bears out for a stroll. So cute your bear is walking in a park or meadow. I took my bear out to celebrate Subeta's anniversary and dancing.

I dont have a membership in either Sams Club or Costco. In addition to Home Depot I am gonna check out Walmart and Target. They have a good nursery department.
Definitely both would be good places to check.

In February, water pipes ruptured in several places in their home, flooding the kitchen, garage and family room. By March, the kitchen and living room was gutted out, and finally dry. The entire house had to be reblumbed, which was finished by the first of April. Mark came down with persistent vertigo (no confirmed 'diagnosis' yet) and stopped driving just to be safe. Carpenters measured for cabinets, color and style picked out, floor covering choices were made and work stalled until July due to the cabinetmakers many many mistakes. As of today, the floors, cabinets and countertops are installed, all that remains is setting the fixtures, appliances, tile and trim. Mark sees University Audiology on Friday.
They also took in their granddaughter for her first semester at community college, so that she could begin to get a taste of independent living. When she goes to university, she'll totally be on her own, out of town.
All in all, they're getting on fairly well, It's been different and stressful at times, but not insurmountable. Perhaps the stress has been more difficult for Francine, as she suffers from MS, but their faith is very strong and have many humans (and wee creatures) praying for them.
As for me and Weldon, I've been trying to finish up my latest book, "The Star Swords." I'm nearly ready for final draft and farming it out for an editor and publisher.
