Awwwww! I'm so glad you found out it was him! And that it was yummy! :-)
- So am I although, with today's food prices, I won't say no to a free ham from an unknown sender. lol XD
thank you so much ❤ hope you had a good weekend
well, I don't have anything really against elves or dwarves, and there's some things I enjoy a lot that have a little of both in them (Discworld, for example). But when it comes to epic fantasy, the sort that has those tends to be too derivative of Tolkien for my taste (I loved Tolkien as a young person but due to a strong dislike of the movies, plus playing too much video games set in that kind of world, I haven't been able to enjoy anything related or derivative of his work since they came out, book, game, tv show, movie, cartoon, none of it).
yeah, a jerk, that's a good way to put it!
ty for the new board. I don't post much sorry
Give a flower!

- I can understand that. I feel the same way about Star Wars shows/movies. The IP has become so derivative as to be worthless. I love DiscWorld, though. Pratchet had the bbest views when it came to alternate races in books. :D
It's actually just a regular romance 😂 Here, I copied and pasted this so you can get an idea on what it's about :3 "Naomi wasn’t just running away from her wedding. She was riding to the rescue of her estranged twin to Knockemout, Virginia, a rough-around-the-edges town where disputes are settled the old-fashioned way…with fists and beer. Usually in that order. Too bad for Naomi her evil twin hasn’t changed at all. After helping herself to Naomi’s car and cash, Tina leaves her with something unexpected. The niece Naomi didn’t know she had. Now she’s stuck in town with no car, no job, no plan, and no home with an 11-year-old going on thirty to take care of. There’s a reason Knox doesn’t do complications or high-maintenance women, especially not the romantic ones. But since Naomi’s life imploded right in front of him, the least he can do is help her out of her jam. And just as soon as she stops getting into new trouble he can leave her alone and get back to his peaceful, solitary life. At least, that’s the plan until the trouble turns to real danger."
Anything lightning is a pain in the ass! DX I got on yesterday and did some korok hunting. Working on the ones around the castle, they are a bit of a pain in the ass to find 😂
I definitely understand. I always dread things like that and then once they're done it's a huge relief lol
It's no worries at all <3 <3 hugs I hope you're doing good!
How's your Monday? Mine's, uh, very Monday, heh.
- Ok, not my cup of tea but... LMAO @ "Knock-em-out, Virginia." I hope you don't think all Virginians are like that town is apparently portrayed as...roflmao 😂
Did your parents decide on their cutting?
Melee too. I hope Hale can find a good one
So yes there is a training center. You can put your pets in training. I legit have never battled a few pets and they are tier 4 just by training there every day Traing link below training
i haven't done many castle ones but a few i have come across myself, lol. yea not looking forward to it. didn't play today.. wasn't feeling up to much today for anything.

- I use the training center for all my pets. One of them I also battle with. I just never realized that tier wasn't hooked to battling, that's all. My highest battling pet is Tier 8 right now. Going up tiers is slow going for me. :D
I mean battling does help but if your training a second pet they both can't do the battle quests so training is always an alternative :) it is a slow process. Do you turn your amulets to tomes?
LOL! Nooo of course not 😂
Whatcha been up to today instead? :3 I'm going to play a little bit later when my mom is playing with the kids, probably. Gonna try and finish those castle Koroks. I'm convinced these are the hardest ones on the map lol
defiantly not much, had to go to town and pick-up hubbies tv for his computer room and other things from the post office, also had to grab a part and bring it to where he was working. came home watched 3 episodes of The Originals and a load of laundry, and dishes. oh and took out kitchen garbage.

- Now, I will admit that there are some places like that down in the SW corner of the state. But, where I live, we're all civilized. :P 😂
it's very much a Monday, I couldn't sleep, so my brain is all foggy
yeah such a shame certain things burn us out on them, different for each person, it's very much on that level for me with a certain type of romance and that type of high fantasy, the Star Wars stuff for you, and anyone who reads a lot probably has something similar.
- Well, I'm not burned out on werewolvves so I'm definitly looking for a werewolf epic fantasy because it just seems so novel. Werewolves are my second favorite monster, ever since White Wolf's Vampire the Masquerade:Bloodlines. Nines was swoon-worthy. :D
I found a couple of possible candidates.
Chronicles of the Cheysuli by Jennifer Roberson - secondary world fantasy about a kingdom ruled by ordinary humans but where shapeshifters who bond with a soul animal lived even before the humans arrived. The humans turn against the shapeshifters who then have to take their land back. Not mostly werewolves, but were-animals... https://www.goodreads.com/series/50110-chronicles-of-the-cheysuli
Echoes of the Fall by Adrian Tchaikovsky - secondary world fantasy about shapeshifters, main character is half tiger shifter, half wolf shifter, and that makes her an outcast (first book). series on Goodreads
