I have a headache from the cigarette smoke and it smells like 2 packs were smoked in my apartment (the slumlord doesn't care either, that's why he's selling the building. He took it off the market because it was for sale for 5.2 months and it didn't sell lol. You can't sell a crapshoot).

My dad is going out of country for contract work and if it was up to me, I'd start moving things (but I can't lift, push or pull anything over 10lbs right now for 6 weeks, which also includes no dumbells and I'm loosing muscle mass). I'll probably be here another yesr. My mom told me not to push my dad about it.

My dad is an ahole and has always been one. He doesn't care about anyone or anything, unless it revolves around him or benefits him in some way. He's always dismissed us when we talked about something he doesn't want to hear.

My gallbladder surgery? He got up and went downstairs and put his headphones on. He never came to see me in the hospital ans he never went to see my brother when he was on life support 5 years ago (that's the brother who passed away).

I do an afternoon run today as well as Friday to see how it goes.

- Maybe when you are stronger you can look for a place? Even if you could rent a room in someone's home it would be better than where you are now and less expensive. A friend of mine rented two rooms in the house of a senior woman who lived alone. It worked out well for both of them and it was quiet. That was a really specific situation but might be worth a look. Wishing I had better ideas because it sounds bad where you are right now. Hope your afternoon back at work goes well ❤

I can't look for a place right now. I don't have any money for first and last (most one bedrooms in my city go for 1,200-1,800). I live paycheck to paycheck. Taking out a loan isn't going to work either because my credit is bad. I wish there was a better alternative, but there isn't any.

It's hard to shower a narcissistic ahole with positive thoughts. My mom is still with him and my dad doesn't want to be divorced (he said too expensive when I asked him about it). My mom is just starting to put her foot down, but he still plays the narc mind games. I just roll with it. It no longer works on me. I started to clue in when I was 28 and I'm 37 now. He picks on me, but when I'm with my mom, it's like we're stronger together. And it annoys him and I love it lol.

My mom mentioned that he showed my brother the shed he wants to put in the back so I can store my stuff. Not sure if he's going to build it, or buy it. He'll be out of country for 5 months (we live in Ontario and he took contract work in the US) and thus leaves me with no choice but to continue waiting (as mentioned, I think? lol). My mom said she doesn't really want to talk about it with him, until he mentions things himself. He's leaving in 12 days.

That's just one of the narcissistic mind games he plays. It's going to be hella hard to put up with my dad. Considering he said I can sleep there on weekends, said nothing about coming to get me tonight when I called. I have no idea what's going on.

The first day back, I was in agony. Today, I went and bought a wide enough tensor and wrapped it around my midsection where my gallbladder used to be. It went so much better with that being there. I'd like to try an elementary one morning and my stay with my afternoon as well. I'll have to email my manager.
