I'm still reading The MInistry for the Future (by Kim Stanley Robinson, about the world vs climate change, 2020 publication date) and working on writing a fanfic for an old SF novel from 1981...

- I am too although I'm trying to expand the genres I read. I may even try a biography. No idea of who, though. 😂

I can't help you with biographies, I don't read many of those at all.

- I don't think I've read one since high school. Since that was half a millenium ago (or feels like it) I may just play biography roulette. 😂

- I looked the book up. It seems to be something right up my alley. I may give it a try. :D

Wow you did good making the blue skin work with the pink. I guess it's because some of the blue skin shows through on the legs. What is around the waist? My brain won't let me say Chomk. lol :-P

I have a cardboard cube thing too but maybe too many shoes? Used to be an obsession but now it's hard to wear anything with a heel so it saves me from buying as many.

The are one of the few leg items that work well with those shoes. I was just making an HA with those shoes. LOL! Yes the wig! Maybe that's why I love your HA so much as that wig is one of my favs. :-)

I don't have any problems working with leg items generally with - maybe you were thinking of similar but different which is trickier to find ones where toes don't stick out past the shoe?

trust me, I know and unfortunately the saga isn’t over. That bookcase i mentioned I was needing to make? Well its a piece of crap! The entire thing broke apart and collapsed under me. I got some lovely scrapes from the fall I had on Friday. Amazon already refunded me so I used the refund for something else before it collapsed. So i have to wait till payday and hopefully I can get a better one then

I went through a shoe obsession too for a bit. But then I got pregnant with my oldest and my feet grew half a size and then none of them fit anymore lol so I had to donate just about my whole collection.

Mine did too! I still kept 3 pairs of my expensive cowboy boots - even though I rarely wear them anymore. Liz's weekly social event has a country night once a year so she wears a pair to that so I'm always glad I kept them.

I've heard a lot about court of thorns and roses but most of what I heard led to the impression that it's not really my sort of thing so I haven't read it yet. Seems to be enjoyed by lots of people though! very much so ❤

Writing is like anything, if you don't do it, you probably won't be any good at it, yeah. No worries though, enough people write things so you will never run out of reading material 😁

surprised the heck out of me when I noticed we'd both swapped to matching without any coordination behind the scenes at all.

i love SE's or EE's because I really enjoy the character art the most. :P but i did make myself a rule, this year is the last year i will have so many subscriptions. i will have to choose just one and after that i will only be able to order books the i have ordered/received the previous book of and enjoyed or if they happen to get to general sale. haha it is an amazing scene. i think watching mens reactions reading in on tiktok or insta, it is quite a good laugh 😆

it's slowly warming but still below freezing at night. got nice enough today kids and i took the pooches for a nice walk and were able to see some babay moomoos. i really miss having cows :'(
