I've been mostly posting over on the Kumos Change Logs but this fix effects legacy Subeta, too!

• I updated our Meilisearch cluster to the newest version, and updated all of the libraries we use to interact with it. That has fixed shop search, and any other area of the site that used that method for searching Users or Items on the site (the admin panel for UAs, in particular).
