The only ones I know that only cover the bottom with the female base are and , sadly. and the other censor ones cover the bottom only if you use the male base.

I wish they made the two versions transformable instead of forced based on which base you're using!
this one has a different overlay on each of the two bases (The male base version does not have the red stars and dots on it. It's only a plain teal). I like the female base one more. T^T
