I would visit Europe. Many historical and ancient buildings/castles we don't have here. Plus each country has its own uniqueness and tradition, so it would be interesting for me!
Oh, if I could, I would def go back to Sylt - even when a hurricane is announced for the Christmas days. It is the home of my heart, the island I long for all year when not being there, we call it "Syltweh", this yearning.
I would be in Tahiti! I am not a fan of the cold but love the ocean.

Even if I could go elsewhere for the holidays, I wouldn't - for me, this time is best spent in my home, with friends or family (besides, we typically have "traditionally Christmas-y" views over here).
I would love to visit New Zealand, where The Lord of the Rings was filmed. It looks like such a beautiful country <3
