Welcome to Subeta! We have a wishlist for items on Personal > Wishlist on the top nav bar. These can be public or private, public would mean other people are able to send them to you (unless you toggle off receiving gifts)

Regarding keeping custom lists, like pet wishlists / progress tracking, most people use the text box on their profiles or a pet profile, if that helps?
