I didn’t know trifocals were a thing :O I’m nearsighted. I’ve had glasses since I was about 5 >_< My eyes are pretty bad lol. I don’t have a Costco membership, sadly D: We just got a Sam’s Club one a few months ago.

It did. I let it run while I was at work and sleeping. Had sooooo many updates to do. Now I have to change my computer to be able to go into sleep mode again. The game is on my new PC. Oh ACNH is fun. I haven't played for awhile though.

I had to Google nearsighted as I don't know the terms so well. So you don't see good far away is what I think it means. And I can still see far away just not anything close up. So weird how it varies! My new frames are clear and Liz's are clear on the bottom but have pink on top. I couldn't talk her out of them. Lol

I'm glad you got it to work right on your new PC! I have a new laptop to replace my super old and slow PC but I hate making the change. If you ever play ACNH again let me know. I'm hooked and can't quit playing. :-P

I have so many hours into playing ACNH. Like 1600 or something. lol Have redone my island 3 times...but like, just flattened it, didn't restart.

I went in wanting clear frames but couldn't find any that looked good on me lol Ended up with dark purple, which I still really like! I bet those glasses look so cute on Liz 😍

At least they let you work from home! Do anything fun today? Liz and I went to the farmer's market again but there were hardly any vendors so we went to this cool little hand made shop, Big Lots and TJMaxx.

So I'm farsighted! I always wondered how those terms worked. :-P The clear glasses I got were the very first pair I tried on and I liked them so much I didn't bother with any others. Liz saw the pink ones immediately and I tried to steer her away from them but they really did look the best on her. LOL! Purple is a great color and was my favorite color for years and I bet they're cute on you!!

It used to confused me when I was a kid XD The pink/clear ones sound so cute!! ^0^ I remember looking at the minty pairs too but couldn’t find any I liked either. Such a bummer! Maybe next time I get new glasses, in like 10 years lol! How is your weekend going so far?

LOL! We used to go years between glasses too. With Liz not as much but usually 3 or 4 years. I'm currently so amused wit a gigantic blue jay in my backyard. Last week I bought a bag of peanuts in the shell (but not salted) for the squirrels and just remembered to put some out a couple of hours ago. We had our herb garden and tomato plants in a large kennel right outside of the kitchen window, (to keep the dogs out LOL) so I set a few of the peanuts in the kennel and left the gate open. (our big dog passed so no big deal leaving the gate open now.) Anyway the biggest angriest looking blue jay was flying in and out grabbing the peanuts so I put more out and he came and took them all again. Just put more out and waiting for him to come back. 😂

That's exactly what I was thinking and he must have close to 20 by now. I haven't seen him swoop down again yet but when I went out a few minutes ago to check I swear I heard a bird cussing me out from the big tree in our backyard. 😂

LOL!! That is so funny 😂 I love animals lol. The birds around here haven’t seen interested in my bird feeder in awhile D: I’m not sure why. I even cleaned it out and put new food in and still nothing. During the spring they were going crazy for it though.

I'd give you an exact number if my switch was plugged in, which it isn't currently, but it's around there. I got the game right when the pandemic hit and had time from work before they let me go and I was basically off for an entire year in the midst of the chaos, so I had a lot of time to play. I often redo it when I have time or feel like a change. It hasn't changed in a good while now though.

I was looking for halloween and fall craft stuff on sale, which I got. I got some Halloween themed paper, some orange and black gem stickers, some twine, a new hot glue gun (our old roommate stole ours ;.;), and some modge podge. I got a couple of other Halloween themed things but I was really after a new hot glue gun so that was good!

Yeah we are in the middle of a mini heat wave right now, it's been over 90 every day since thursday so far. I am ready for fall!

The hearts and the knee patches are for gay pride. I'm probably not up on all of the correct terms but I still support anyone who is part of the gay community and just wanted to show it. :-)

Dang I forgot to check my ACNH hours. So many people played that first year of the pandemic, but unfortunately, I didn't hear about it until a year later. I love it so much I don't think I'll ever quit. And if I could get more free time again I might even be able to finish my island. It feels like I've been playing catch-up on real life for the last year... That sucks you got let go from your job! My daughter Liz did too.

Ugh that sucks! We were 86 today but fall starts tomorrow. You know how it is here. Lol

Yeah, I do miss it sometimes out there just the weather. I can't wait to visit again honestly
