Aw so sweet to check in! Thank you ❤️ I've kept my distance whenever he tries to reach out to me honestly. One of the recent times he tried to reach me I was out at a park. He then got a bit miffed how I didn't invite him to go with me after his shift. He claims the park is close to his work and he would've "gladly" joined me. I fired back how the hell would I know that because the only thing he told me was he changed jobs. He got quiet after that. I have no hope invested in this at all and when he reaches out to me about meeting up I basically go "prove it, you know where I'm at and how to ask if I'm available" and then he gets quiet again. I've been doing my own things as I see fit or want to do. He's not even a factor anymore since he's proven over and over how unreliable he is. And my neighbor even said there's no time for BS of that sort. She gave me the advice to make myself a wall to essentially limit myself to him as he limited himself to me for too long. Sadly my old boy passed away so now my other cat is lonely 🥺 so one thing I'm considering is a new cat. And I've made myself a reading nook and really cleaned up my home to help occupy myself with things I'd like to do. Currently it's trying to make ornament clusters for Christmas with bells, pinecones and either leaves or orbs. I also got more of my books out of storage so hopefully I will start in on my TBR pile!

Honestly, if you start dating someone you met recently for the first time, feeling as if they're annoyed by you for no legitimate reason is a red flag. People have reasons to be annoyed and things happen, but you shouldn't feel as if you're burdening someone else. You deserve someone who is enthusiastic about you.

First off love your UN! Is it inspired by the dog or Nana anime? Secondly I agree. He did start off so excited and invested. But like I said any time I asked what his eta was for meeting kids (I'm not in a rush but a timeline/benchmark is a good idea) or if he really meant to have me meet his friends soon id be met with silence. Or suggestions for spending actual time in some way was always shot down. I mean all the reasons were completely plausible but still for that long? I get life is a thing, however if you really want big things with someone you find ways.

Honest first impressions reading this are not quite narcissistic behaviors but more of someone trying to be private and secretive. Not sure what he is trying to hide (at the risk of sounding cliche) but 9 times out of 10 it is that he is already married and wants a side thing which may also explain the unnecessary upset about the sweatshirt

Obviously can be totally and completely wrong but if you are already feeling this way and the man isn’t showing any effort whatsoever your time is not worth spending on him. Sad thing about it is if you stopped responding to him and ghosted him the same way he has you, he would most likely be all over you because he’s being neglected. Certain people only want what they can’t have if that makes any sense

All in all, I hope you can overcome the feelings you may have for him and find that someone that actually feels the same way that you do and can make you smile instead of want to pull your hair out.
