oh i know but my goal was 100 but i lowered it to 80 well on the weekend a whole bunch of fires started up, there are 3 around our area.. one is coming straight toward us.. we are packed and ready to go as soon as we get the alert but so far the weather has cooled and we did get a little rain but temps are expected to go back up and the fire is still deemed out of control.

80 is still so good! :O I heard from another friend that they were having fires too D: I think she lives near where you do. I really hope it doesn't come near you! 😭 It is way too early to be starting this!!!!

it is, i actually want to slow it down.. with being only able to pack so much for this possible evacuation makes it hard LOL i know.. i always laugh when you're talking to her as i see it all on my dashboard.. she is about 3 hrs south of us here. apparently every 3-5 yrs alberta has a bad may fire season and this year is ours. so far we have been lucky but until they get that fire out we are having a difficult time trying to live our day to day normally. the town 15 minutes south of us was evacuated so far, that's when we decided to pack.

It came back okay, thankfully.

things are still going pretty well between the cats. Taking it slowly is so far so good!

Unfortunately i do not have good news. We are at the end of options. Surgery is the only remaining course of action. .

- Tom Hanks as a curmuggeon is a stretch but it sounds interesting. What's it about? :D

- First , I'd have my optic nerve fixed so I could see. (I mean, they can make clones now so why not ? 😂 ) Then I'd send a couple out to make money so I could buy all the dlc I missed in all the games I play. Then I'd get one to do the cleaning. 😂 Priorities! :P

- I'm so sorry, hon. I hope the surgery is minimally invasive and that you heal quickly. It's a shame your doc's magical voice can't heal it. :P :D

I couldn't imagine having to rush to pack for yourself, your husband AND 2 kids D: That has to be so stressful. Has it calmed down or are you still waiting to see if it comes closer to you?

That's wonderful news!!! jumps up and down ^0^ I got my bloodwork results back yesterday lol... My cholesterol is a little high. Which was expected with the way I eat lol I made the appointment, finally, to get myself a family doctor and to check my health, and because I was having elevated blood pressure. And of course the day of my visit my blood pressure was perfectly normal lol typical.

its defiantly a challenge, we have lists to work down.. like most important items to clothing and then loved items if time/room. we also have two dogs, a cat and two snakes to pack. had to tell kids we can get a lot of items again so try to just pack your favourite items. it has calmed for now but the weekend is calling for high temps again so everyone is still on high alert. UPDATE: we are getting some good rain at the moment :D happy dance wasn't enough

So? Is she still sleeping good now? I'm good, just have been super busy but now 4 days at home. Although having some more workers at our house Friday and Monday. A few months ago we ordered some wooden shades for our 2 big half round windows and they finally ready and I can't wait to see them! :-D

Any new/good news on the fire? We're supposed to get really hot this weekend so our chances for fires will start for the season. And while I feel like we're fairly safe we will get the horrible smoke.

I had a bunch of things I had to do today and then I didn't have to do them so got to be a little lazy. Was nice!!

He's become a lap dog! :-) And I keep tell myself he's not marking as much now that he's the only dog in the house. Although, he did mark by the door to the garage on Tuesday when we were all gone for several hours. Maybe he missed us? LOL!

yes, we are not letting them interact when the humans aren't paying close attention to any difficulties. Still mostly separated but with frequent " play dates " between them ❤

Oh yes I love card games and board games. Some card games monopoly deal or killer bunnies. Board games house of haunted hill or any rick and morty game lol also love jumangi. I don't think it's so dry for fires luckily
