Updated the title as this is continuing to be an issue. Newest subscription items seems to have a script error yet again.
Missing the just released
doesnt the new item come on your renewal date, not the date its changed.?
Our renewal dates were prior to the subscription item change. When our subscriptions renewed, we received a message that said we would get the next subscription item when it changes. It has not been sending them out automatically.

You are correct that it's supposed to come on your renewal date. My renewal date is the 19th. When I first signed up, I received the item at that time. The problem is the subscription item gets added a little later each time, so when my renewal comes around I don't get an item. I have to wait until the new item is released. That makes sense. But now the system is not sending that subscription item to me when it gets updated.
Depending on your renewal date, you may face this issue if the new release goes past your renewal date. lol!

It depends on how you subscribed. I had a subscription going when they moved to the new model so I transferred it right away. I was getting my new item on the same day as release of it because my renewal date was the 12th and that was when new items initially were released. They've adjusted it and starting in December we began seeing issues where sometimes people weren't getting their items on item release day even though they should've.
