Not A lot going on over here just work and sleep
I mean like I mentioned everyone is different xD I used to only have 30 carbs at breakfast 45 at lunch and 60 at dinner. Just depends on your sliding scale and whatnot and insulin intake..lots of variables. I can honestly say tho I have never been told over 60 carbs a meal.xD

Liz is doing great! The week before last she got into trouble at work for being cranky. And she's usually such a delightful soul so I was pretty worried. But I talked and questioned her a bunch and she seems fine and back to her usual happy self now. I think it was because I was extra cranky maybe? Never bothered he before though. :-D

yea i haven't been socializing all that much either.. also not really here much. held a contest so that i could get my hearts i needed so i didn't have to worry.

Boy do I have a spider story and I know I've told here it before. When I was in my 20's and living in Georgia my mattress was on the floor and I was sleeping and had a dream that something shimmied over my face and when I woke up and looked it was a spider the size of my hand. I had an insect trap (sticky on the inside) and I put it over the spider but it crawled right out so I tried it again and when I didn't see it crawl out I threw it out my back door. I thought I had dodged the bullet until a few days later a million tiny (babies?) spiders started crawling out of the corner of the wall. I didn't live there much longer. :-D
